The company

Dirt work and structure. Same crew.

Most lots in the 417 hide rock, a spring, or a grade that looks flat until you put a machine on it. We clear, scrape, trench, pour, and frame — so the next trade isn’t guessing who left the pad wet.

How it goes

Walk the lot. Price the work. Get it done.

  1. 01

    Walk the site

Tom comes out, looks at the dirt, the trees, and the access. We’ll tell you what’s easy, what’s rock, and what isn’t worth doing.

  2. 02

    Price the work

We’re not the cheapest or the fastest, but we’ll get the job done right. Build it right = built to last.

  3. 03

    Move dirt. Build.

Clearing, scrape, trench, foundation, frame — as much of that chain as you want in one company. One schedule. One call.

  4. 04

    Hand it off

The next trade can work. Grade holds. Utilities are in. If something isn’t right, you still have Tom’s number.

Planning

A number you can start with.

Move the sliders. Then call Tom. The bid comes from the lot — timber, rock, access, and what you want standing when we’re done.

Planning range

What might this cost?

A ballpark from typical 417 work. Not a bid — rock, access, and haul-off set the real number.

2 acres

Typical range

$5,000 – $9,000

Planning only. A site walk with Tom sets the bid.
