Services

Dirt. Structure. Finish.

Land clearing, excavation, hard scrapes, trenching, foundations, framing, and remodels. Hire the piece you need — or the whole chain.

Land Clearing

Land Clearing

Selective clearing for house sites, views, and drives. We don’t strip a lot bare unless that’s the job. Cedar and oak handled, burn permits pulled, stumps gone.

  • Lot and view clearing
  • Selective tree save
  • Stump grinding and removal
  • Brush piles and permitted burns
  • Access roads for the next trade
Excavation & Hard Scrapes

Excavation & Hard Scrapes

Hard scrapes, cut-and-fill, and house pads shot to grade. Taney County rock is part of the bid, not a surprise. We leave batter boards and a pad a builder can form on.

  • Hard scrapes and house pads
  • Cut and fill
  • Rock excavation
  • Gravel drives and aprons
  • Rough drainage
Trenching

Trenching

Utility trenches from the tap to the house. We coordinate with your plumber and electrician so the yard only gets opened once. Backfilled, compacted, and seeded.

  • Water and sewer service
  • Electrical conduit
  • Combined runs where code allows
  • Bedding, warning tape, backfill
  • Yard restoration
Foundations

Foundations

The pad and the foundation belong together. Footings, stem walls, slabs, damp-proofing, drain tile, backfill. Inspections pulled. Ready for a framer the week after we strip forms.

  • Footings and stem walls
  • Slabs on grade
  • Walk-out and daylight walls
  • Damp-proofing and drain tile
  • Backfill and final grade
Framing

Framing

New-home framing and additions. We like the jobs where we already know the dirt and the walls. Square, plum, dried-in, and stacked for the mechanicals.

  • Floors, walls, and roofs
  • Trusses and sheathing
  • Windows and exterior doors
  • House wrap and dry-in
  • Additions and structural openings
Remodels

Remodels

Occupied-home remodels. Layouts that work, mechanicals that pass, and a schedule you can live through. We haul the mess out the back.

  • Kitchens and baths
  • Structural openings
  • Whole-house updates
  • Occupied-home protocols
  • Permits and inspections

Planning

Start with a range.

Then we’ll walk the site and put a real number on paper.

Planning range

What might this cost?

A ballpark from typical 417 work. Not a bid — rock, access, and haul-off set the real number.

2 acres

Typical range

$5,000 – $9,000

Planning only. A site walk with Tom sets the bid.

Questions we get

Do you only do dirt work?+

No. Land clearing, excavation, hard scrapes, and trenching are the start. We also pour foundations, frame, and remodel. You can hire the whole chain or just the piece you need.

Where do you work?+

Branson and the 417 — Table Rock, Hollister, Kirbyville, Reeds Spring, Forsyth, Branson West, and the lots in between. Farther if the job is right. We’ll say so if the drive makes us a bad fit.

Can you work around trees we want to keep?+

Yes. Selective clearing is normal for us. We’ll walk the lot with you, mark saves, and cut access so the machine doesn’t take extra timber.

What does a first visit cost?+

The first site walk is free if the work is in our range. If you need a detailed takeoff from incomplete drawings, we price that as pre-construction.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Missouri licensed contractor. Bonded & insured. Workmanship warranty on every job.
